Should I choose waxing or sugaring?
Both are professional hair-removal methods. Sugaring is especially popular for Brazilian and sensitive areas. Adina can help you choose based on your hair, skin and previous experience.
How much hair growth do I need?
The hair must be long enough to be removed effectively. Avoid shaving immediately before your appointment. If you are unsure, leave the hair and Adina will assess it.
Who can book online?
Women can view available appointments online. Women needing an evening or weekend time can submit a prepaid request. Trans Women and Men can request private Monday–Friday appointments between 9:30am and 2:30pm.
How do Women evening and weekend requests work?
Evening requests are available Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Weekend requests are available Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 12pm. Adina will confirm whether your preferred time can be offered and send a payment link. Full payment is required to secure the appointment.
What does the five-week Brazilian price mean?
The regular price applies when your next Brazilian appointment is completed within five weeks. After five weeks, the standard price applies.
Can I book while pregnant?
Yes, when waxing remains suitable and comfortable for you. Positioning and pace are adjusted as needed. Read the pregnancy information page for more detail.
Is the studio private?
Yes. Smooth by Adina Skin is a private Milford studio. Appointment times are arranged with discretion, professional boundaries and suitable space between clients.
Can someone come with me?
Please attend alone and do not bring children or pets. Certified disability assist dogs are welcome.
