  • Within 24 hours: Cancellations or changes are not permitted. A cancellation incurs a fee equal to 50% of each cancelled service. If a reschedule is accepted, a 25% fee applies. Email adina@adinaskin.nz as soon as possible.
  • Prepayment: Full payment is required in advance to confirm request appointments.
  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferred to a new appointment depending on notice and may be forfeited for late cancellations, repeated changes or non-attendance.
  • Late arrivals: Your treatment may be shortened or changed. If there is not enough time to complete the service, the appointment may be cancelled and the 50% late-cancellation fee applies.
  • Repeated cancellations: Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling or non-attendance may lead to prepayment requirements, declined bookings or an online-booking block.
  • Please attend alone: Do not bring children or pets. Certified disability assist dogs are welcome.
  • Health: Please do not attend if you are unwell or contagious.
  • Under 18: Written parent or guardian consent is required before booking.
  • Conduct: Inappropriate behaviour ends the appointment immediately and the full fee applies.
  • Afterpay: An Afterpay payment link can be requested when selected services total $100 or more.
  • Unpaid invoices: No further bookings until all outstanding fees are paid.
