How it works

Standard request windows: Monday–Friday 9:30am–2:30pm · Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm.
After-hours request windows: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 4:30pm–6:30pm · Saturday 1:00pm–4:00pm · Sunday all day by request for existing clients only.

If accepted, the appointment may be pencilled in and a Timely payment request sent.
Full prepayment is required to confirm. Unpaid pencilled appointments may be cancelled.

Men’s intimate waxing is available to established clients or new clients referred by an existing client, partner/wife, family member, another business in the building, or another person/business accepted by Adina.

Your referrer’s full name or business name is required. Requests without a named referrer will not be considered.

Treatment methodSugaring generally needs at least around 5 mm of hair growth. Professional Lycon and CaronLab waxes can remove hair from around 2 mm. The final method is selected after assessing your skin and hair for the best result.

Cancellation, payment & appointment policy

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

No cancellations or changes allowed within 3 hours of the appointment. Cancellations within 3 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 100.00% of the booking.
Repeated cancellations: Future bookings may require prepayment, be declined or online booking may be blocked.
Less than 3 hours' notice or no-show: 100% of the booked service fee.
Unpaid invoices: No further bookings until all outstanding fees are paid.
Deposits: Non-refundable. May be transferred depending on notice and forfeited for late cancellations, repeated changes or non-attendance.
Late arrivals: Treatments may be shortened, changed or cancelled. If there is not enough time to complete the service, a 50% fee may apply.
Health: Do not attend if unwell or contagious.
Conduct: Inappropriate behaviour ends the appointment immediately and the full fee applies.
