Anything Adina should know?

Cancellation, payment & appointment policy

We respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Within 48 hours: Cancellations or rescheduling incur a 50% fee for the booked appointment.
No-shows: A 50% fee applies. Any outstanding fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
Deposits: Non-refundable. They may be transferred depending on notice and may be forfeited for late cancellations, repeated changes or non-attendance.
Late arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. Please contact us if you are delayed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the treatment may need to be shortened, changed or rescheduled, and you may forfeit your deposit. If there is not enough time to complete the service, a 50% fee may apply.
Repeated cancellations: Future bookings may require prepayment, be declined or online booking may be blocked.
Health: Do not attend if unwell or contagious.
Conduct: Inappropriate behaviour ends the appointment immediately and the full fee applies.
